Marty Bodell started in the Appraisal Industry in the mid 1970’s. He served as the past President of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. During his more than 35 year career Marty trained more than 30 appraisers that carry on his industry leading appraisals techniques. Included in that training was his son, Marty. Marty started appraising in 1996. Marty has provided expert testimony in over 100 court cases ranging from divorce, bankruptcy and foreclosure matters. Marty has become a sought after appraiser when appraising technically difficult properties as well as complex litigation appraisals.
